Packages & Specials
Packages and specials are already discounted and cannot be used with other discounts.
Services and gift certificates are non-refundable under ANY circumstances.
Products can be exchanged/refunded within 30 days with receipt. Facial products may be refunded if not used within 30 days. Products that have been used may be exchanged for another product of equal value within 30 days. All jewelry are final sale purchases.

Cancellation and Late Policy
We require a credit or debit card (or gift certificate) to hold all appointments. We require 24 hours for all cancellations to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Same day cancellations & no shows will be charged 100% of the service. Please keep this in mind when booking. We do request you get here 20 minutes early for a leisurely check in. Appointments begin promptly as scheduled. We do our best to accommodate people who may be running behind. However, if you do arrive late you may get a reduced session time at full price, respecting the clients who may be scheduled after you.
Here at Blue Sage we strive to provide comfort from aches and pain, as well as relieve stress. There are some medical conditions that may require a doctors note for us to safely work on you. Please let the receptionist know at booking if you have any chronic or acute medical conditions, any chance of pregnancy/ if you are pregnant, have any allergies, or have had any surgeries within the past 30 days. We have the right to refuse a service or cut a session short due to the health and wellbeing of the client.
Payments and Gratuity
We accept cash, all debit/credit cards, our gift certificates we sell, SpaFinder, and Spa Wellness gift certificates as payment for our services. Our service providers work very hard to help you achieve a state of wellness and comfort. While gratuity is optional, being a small business, gratuity is a good portion of our service providers compensation. 18%-20% is customary, but more is always kindly accepted! A mandatory 18% gratuity is added onto some larger packages we offer. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
It is encouraged to take off/leave necklaces and jewelry at home before a service. We are not responsible for any items left in a room after your service(s), items left in lockers, or items left in robe pockets.
We do allow minors to be worked on as long as a parent or legal guardian is in the room during the entire service(s). Children who are 17 may receive a service while the parent is on Blue Sage Massage and Day Spa premises.
