Return Policy

Services are non-refundable. 
Products can be exchanged/refunded within 30 days with receipt.  Facial products may be refunded if not used within 30 days. Products that have been used may be exchanged for another product of equal value within 30 days.  All jewelry are final sale purchases.

Cancellation Policy

We have a strict cancellation policy. We do have to have a credit or debit card (or gift certificate) to hold all appointments. This card will not be charged, this is just for our cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is we do require 24 hours notice in advance for cancellations/no call, no show appointments or else we will then charge the card on file 50% of the service(s). Please keep this in mind when booking. 

• If you have high blood pressure, allergies, or are pregnant, please notify the hostess so we can create a spa treatment for your needs.

• Appointments begin promptly as scheduled. Should you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his or her next appointment. We are not responsible for any items left in locker rooms or robes. Please check pockets when leaving.

• Minors (under 18) may receive treatment only if accompanied by a parent.
• Please responsible for all your belongings.
• Prices and services are subject to change without notice. 

• A mandatory 18% will be added to our larger packages we offer.​

• A credit card (or gift certificate) is required to hold all appointments.
• We accept cancellations 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your appointment nor cancel your appointment within 24 hours, then you will be charged 50% of the service to the card or gift certificate on file.
