In-store and online gift certificates are non-refundable under any circumstances. Gift Certificates expire two year from issue date. If a gift certificate is bought for a package, the gift certificate must be used by the packages expiration date.  After the package expires, then the value on the gift certificate is good until the 24 month expiration towards any service(s).
