Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that's mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
We do not recommend deep tissue for clients receiving their first professional massage or those who have not had a massage in more than two weeks. It is up to the therapist which service needs to be offered for certain situations.

Craniosacral therapy supports the balanced, smooth flow of the CSF through attention to the tissues, bones, and energies alone the spine. Through holds in the face and scalp, and at the lower back and sacrum, the therapist supports the body to adjust, align, and heal in whatever ways are needed. This therapy is still work, and is deeply calming and relaxing for clients. It can help with headaches, anxiety, stress, alignment issues, spinal issues, and back pain.
