Owner and L.M.T
Leslie is a graduate of Baltimore School Of Massage. She also attended West Georgia University where she studied Psychology. She has been a Massage Therapist for 19 years. She specializes in Swedish, Deep tissue, Prenatal, Myofascial release, and has been a Reiki Master for 18 years. After a long career as a massage therapist, she decided to expand her love for massage by becoming the owner of Blue Sage Massage and Day Spa.
Mackenzie studied Professional Studies with a concentration in Health Administration at Middle Tennessee State University and was an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha during her time there. In her free time enjoys being outdoors, hiking with her dog Sophie, kayaking, online shopping, napping, and traveling. Aside from working at Blue Sage, she is also a photographer.
Lauren studied Nursing at Middle Tennessee State University, was also an active member in Zeta Tau Alpha during her time there. She is currently an esthetician student at Paul Mitchell. Lauren also loves her cats Tigger, Mila, and Leo.
Matthew is a licensed Massage therapist who graduated in October of 2015. Prior to massage he did personal training for 17 years. His specialties are Neuromuscular, Myofascial release, Swedish, Integrative techniques, and Deep Tissue. We would also like to add that in 1983-1985 he did some killer break dancing!
Kimberly Vaughn graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. She later went on to receive her ACSM (Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification). She continued her education by attending Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies were she received her massage therapy training. She has experience with various modalities such as Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy, Acupressure, Sports Massage, Clinical Massage, Fascia Release, Hot Stone Massage, and Prenatal Massage. Kimberly is also a laboring doula and birthing assistant certified through B.A.B.Y INC. She is a strong advocate for living a holistic way of life and natural healing. With her fitness background, she recommends athletes of any kind to receive massage as a means to heal rapidly and prevent injury. She often encourages every client to take on active lifestyles, healthier eating habits, as well as taking time for self-care.
Stephanie graduated from Georgia Career Institute in 2016. Her specialties include Deep Tissue, Oncology, Swedish, Trigger Point & Prenatal. Stephanie's favorite part of the job is knowing how significantly she can impact a person's life with her massage. She loves to make people laugh and wants to help people achieve a better quality of life. She is known for her great elbow work, and has named them Killer and Cujo. She is an avid animal love with a small zoo of her own at home.
Ms. Christina "Blu" Davis is a 2019 graduate of Georgia Career Institute's 750 credit hour massage program and is actively building her modality profile. She was introduced to massage therapy and it's benefits by her father at a young age and has developed the interest into a profession. Christina is passionate about the maintenance of one’s self and believes that massage therapy contributes to a person’s overall well being for the mind, body, and spirit. She combines that notion with her education in order to provide a thorough, soothing, and effective massage. Don't let her size fool you! Christina draws from various modalities to create an individualized experience that will help promote deep relaxation, relief from pain and tension, and increased range of motion.
Shonta' is a graduate of Georgia Career Institute (2006). Her specialties include treatment of severe acne through natural healing of the skin; advanced treatments such as chemical peels, enzymes, Dermaplane, and Microdermbrasion. She loves learning about the skin daily through study and research. Not only does she love making the clients look and feel great, but educates them on the purpose of healthy skincare, healthy lifestyle choices, and professional skincare regimens.
